Find An Agent
Customers cannot purchase Colorado FAIR Plan coverage directly. Coverage can only be purchased through a licensed insurance agent or broker who is registered to write FAIR Plan policies. Agents may have access to property insurance from providers other than the FAIR Plan. If you are eligible, policies from the standard insurance or surplus markets will provide more coverage for a better price. If coverage is not available to you through traditional insurance companies, a registered agent can assist you in determining your eligibility and applying for coverage through the FAIR Plan.
Agent Search Instructions and Tips:
Use the interactive map or search functions to find a licensed agent who is registered to write Colorado FAIR Plan policies. You can zoom in or out of the map to see where registered agents are located. By clicking on a location icon, you will see the name and contact information for the agent associated with that location. You may also search by agent name, city, state or region.
As Colorado FAIR Plan coverage is a new product, there might not be registered agents in every community. You may need to work with an agent in your county or region if one is not available in your specific city or town.
Agents must be licensed in Colorado, but do not have to be located in Colorado to write Colorado FAIR Plan policies. There are agents located outside of Colorado who can also provide assistance applying for FAIR Plan coverage. Use the zoom out function to find registered agents outside of Colorado. You can also use the “Out of State" region for a list of agents in other states.
