Here, you can find an agent registered to write Colorado FAIR Plan policies, access important information about FAIR Plan coverage, and pay your premium.
Find a Registered Agent
If coverage is not available to you through standard insurance companies, licensed agents who are registered with the Colorado FAIR Plan can help you apply for FAIR Plan coverage.
If you already have insurance for a vehicle or other property, your current agent may be able to help you apply for coverage through the Colorado FAIR Plan. If you don’t have an agent, or your agent is not registered to write the FAIR Plan, you can search for one near you.
The FAIR Plan does not endorse or recommend any agents or brokers and does not have any insurance agents on staff.
Complete a Residential Property Self-Inspection
Once your agent has submitted an application for coverage on your behalf, you will receive an email with important tasks that must be completed before your policy can be bound. These include using e-sign to sign a set of documents and completing a home self-inspection.
The inspection must be completed within 15 days of receiving the request, or your application will be invalidated, and you must resubmit your application. We’ve provided you with information on the self-inspection process and how to successfully complete it.
